What is the return policy?

We want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that personalized or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. You can use this information to check your delivery status at any time.

If you haven't received your tracking details, please contact our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If your order hasn't entered production or shipping, we'll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make modifications or cancel it.

What is the exchange policy?

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

If you'd like a different style or size, simply contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes. Every CustomClub jewellery piece is backed by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. If your jewellery experiences an issue due to workmanship, we'll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.
